No, in a word. Whatever pet you have we can work with you to create a pet portrait. 

• Make sure the pet is good natural light. 
• Try to take an image at eye level with your pet.
• Please ensure all aspect of your pets face and ears are in the frame. We cannot add ears.
• Depending on the costume you have chosen. it is normally best to have the pet facing you or have their head facing just to the left or right. 
• Please ensure there are no obstructions to the pets face or neck area such as collars or scarves. Some we can remove but not all. 
• Close up is best using current smart phones or digital cameras works best. 
• Most of all do not use blurry photos. We work with what you send and if you follow the above the end result is far better. 

This is isn't a problem. Just let us know and we will work with you. 

All portrait orders go through an approval process. Nothing is shipped until you approve the mockup that is issued to you.

As this is a personalised service and goes through an approval process no.
